Mid-Century Teak Dining Table & Chairs by Hans Olsen for Frem Røjle, 1960s, Set of 5

5,790.00

The set was designed by the Danish designer Hans Olsen for the Frem Røjle manufactory in 1962. The set consists of a table and four chairs. Hans Olsen used an innovative solution in his project by placing the backrests of the chairs in the edge of the table. The whole is after a comprehensive carpentry and upholstery renovation. The teak wood has been cleaned of the old coating, painted in an oak finished with a strong semi-matt varnish. Upholstery interiors have been replaced, upholstered with new, high-quality, natural leather in black. The chairs and the table are signed. The table has a mechanism that facilitates unfolding. The table extends to 171 cm.
