The Renovator Internet Gallery offers furniture and interior furnishings from the 20th century. All items in our collection are original items that are not copies or replicas. Their exact condition is described on the website. We provide additional information at the client’s request.
Order
We accept orders placed via the order form via the website, sent by e-mail and submitted by phone. Placing an order is tantamount to acceptance of the following regulations. After placing the order, we contact the customer to determine the individual transport costs, depending on the size and place of delivery. The arrangements regarding the cost of transport, the exact delivery address and the date of completion are the final stage of placing the order. After accepting the client and making the payment, we proceed to fulfill the order.
Payment
Product prices are presented in PLN currency for purchases in the Republic of Poland and in EUR or GBP. Payments can be made by transfer to the appropriate bank account, paypal or payU account, or in cash in the case of a personal collection.
Delivery
Ordered items are delivered to customers by mail or courier. Order processing takes 10 business days in Poland. Delivery to other European Union countries 2-4 weeks. Each shipment is carefully secured and insured to its full value. The delivered product should be unpacked and its condition checked in the presence of the courier. In the event of any damage, please immediately write down the appropriate statement. Otherwise, we are not responsible for any damage to the parcel during the delivery.
There is also the possibility of personal collection at our headquarters (Warszawska 27 in Gniezno), after prior appointment.
Returns and complaints policy
The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receiving the item by submitting a relevant written statement. In this case, please send us the completed withdrawal form to the email address info@renovator.shop
Returned product should be sent in a properly secured and fully insured shipment. The package should be accompanied by a signed withdrawal form. The condition for accepting the return is to receive the purchased item in the unaltered state. The cost of transporting the return shipment is covered by the Buyer. Reimbursement of the amount consistent with the order reduced by the cost of transport will take place within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment. Goods that have been prepared by the Seller for an individual Customer’s order are not refundable.
Privacy policy
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 1997, No. 133, item 883), we undertake to maintain the security and confidentiality of collected personal data when using the Renovatorshop website and to place orders through it. Pursuant to the Act, the Buyer agrees to the storage and processing of these data for marketing and registration purposes only for the needs of Renovatorshop. The buyer has the right to inspect their data, to correct them and make a request to cease their use.
