The purpose of the scope and the basis for collecting data

1. People visiting the site can browse it without entering personal data. However, personal data may be collected via the website based on the explicit consent given by the user.

2. We process your personal data for the following purpose:

  • providing answers to inquiries addressed to us via the contact form available at and by e-mail – pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. b RODO,
  • conclusion and implementation of the contract or to submit an offer to you – pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit b RODO,
  • sending you offers and other marketing and promotional content, including commercial information based on your consent – pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 lit. and RODO.

1. Any person whose personal data is processed by the Administrator has the right to access their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data transfer, the right to object to the processing of data based on the justified interest of the Administrator, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing (if the processing takes place on the basis of consent), which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Obligations of the Administrator

1. Your personal data will be kept only for a period of time necessary to achieve a specific purpose in which they were collected or for a period necessary to fulfill the obligations imposed by the relevant provisions of law.

2. We try to minimize the period of storage of personal data that is no longer used.

3. Your data processed for the purpose of handling the inquiry, execution and conclusion of the contract will be processed by us for the duration of correspondence, and then, depending on its results, will be further processed in order to perform the contract concluded with you or within 6 months from the date of your last message will be deleted.

4. Data processed on the basis of consent, and thus data used to send marketing information, will be processed until the consent is withdrawn. We also inform you that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing by us of the data that took place before this withdrawal.
